Q3. How does the FHA / HVCC Compliant Order Process work?
When an FHA order is placed through our FHA Compliant order system, the appraisal order will be assigned to the appraiser / appraisal company with the closest geographical proximity to the subject property. The appraiser will receive the FULL FEE for the assignment. This system allows the lender, lender’s staff, mortgage broker and real estate professionals to order FHA appraisals and stay compliant with the new FHA appraisal ordering requirements. Top

Q5. I have signed up and I do not see my listing. Have I done something wrong?
Follow steps to Log In to your account and Edit Profile.
Check your listing to make sure that you have selected the state(s) and county(s) in which you or your company covers. If they are not selected please do so at this time. This is the most common reason why a listing does not appear on the site.
If they are already selected, please go to the contact page and complete a contact form. Our technical department will take a look to see what the issue is and get back to you as soon as it has been determined. Top
Q6. If I purchase a listing, how will it be seen?
When you purchase a listing, your listing will appear as the top listing in your coverage area(s). After each page view or page refresh, your listing will rotate down the page and then back to the top. Top
Q7. I do not have a PayPal account. How do I purchase a listing with my credit card?
You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. They are the largest Internet Credit Card processing company in the world. When you are taken to PayPal to pay you will see a section on the right that asks you to sign into your PayPal account. The left side will have a statement that reads, "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue..." Just click on the word "continue" and you will be taken to a secure credit card processing screen. Top
Q8. PayPal doesn’t accept my credit card. What do I do?
PayPal is the largest credit card gateway systems on the internet today. They accept all credit cards as well as bank checks. Sometimes it will take issue with the way an address is set up on your account. If you have a suite or a box or any other type of second line address, the way it is inputted is very important. They only have access to information provided by your credit card company. If your card is rejected, you need to contact your credit card company directly. Top
